The Artificial Intelligence-Based Real-Time 3D Building Operation and Maintenance System (SBMS) is an intelligent building management platform developed on the foundation of artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) data transmission technologies, big data analytics, and 3D GIS systems. This system enables efficient management of a building or an entire building complex.
The system can function autonomously to manage individual buildings, or in a distributed configuration, cloud-based servers can be utilized to centralize the management of all buildings within the same management framework, facilitating unified coordination, configuration, and resource allocation for personnel, equipment, and materials.
