Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
  • Recommend and showcase products that align with customer needs and preferences.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Stay up to date with product features, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Track, consolidate, analyze, and summarize sales expenses for reimbursement processing.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the director.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales and customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work during operating hours as required.
